On the night of September 6th, Friday, University of North Georgia Film & Digital Media program and University of Georgia Master of Fine Arts in Film, Television and Digital Media program enjoyed a mixer event. Joined by students from UGA Department of Theater and Film Studies and Entertainment Media Studies program, the mixer provided a space for film students to mix, mingle, and network.

Students shared their interest in various film departments. They also showed off their film knowledge in the trivia games. Some students participated in the rapid-fire pitching in which they quickly gave a verbal pitch for their upcoming films.

 

 

 

 

The mixer raffle surmounted a great enthusiasm among the attendees.

On October 5th, Saturday, Master of Fine Arts in Film students from Georgia State University and University of Georgia met at the Town of Trilith for a mixer event. Joined by the faculty and staff from both institutions, the graduate students exchanged useful information and meaningful conversations.

With the new found company of fellow MFA students, they also enjoyed the CineGear Expo ATL taking place across the road at Trilith Studios.
