Directed and produced by Eric Walters (MFA ’26), the UGA MFA year 1 spring film PORTRAIT OF A MAN IN A BOX is selected to screen at the Atlanta After Dark Film Festival Winter 2026 on February 23rd, 2026 at the Plaza Theatre. The film is about an aspiring painter who must create his Magnum Opus in order to be remembered by the world and by his son, but Death’s arrival cuts his time short.
